CATERING FAQ’s
We’re hosting an event/wedding and would like to have a tasting. Do you offer tastings?
We do not offer tastings for any size event.
We would like to have a custom menu for our event/wedding, do you offer custom menus?
We do not offer custom menus.
Do you offer full service catering?
For the 2021 event season, we will not be offering full service catering. Pick up or drop off only.
Can we rent catering supplies from you for our event?
We do not offer event rentals.
The date I would like to book is blocked on the calendar, can I sill call and place an order?
If the day is blocked on the calendar, that means we are fully booked for that date and are no longer accepting orders.
We would like to have “Big Bertha” the smoker brought to our event, do you offer that?
We have a $2,500 minimum order and a 20% service fee for any event that requires onsite smoking.
We placed an order but would like to make changes. How do we do that?
Please give us a call or send us an email and we’ll get that changed right away. However, we can not accommodate any changes within 7 days of the scheduled pick up or delivery.
Why is your BBQ more expensive than other BBQ joints?
We believe in using the best quality ingredients we can get out hands on. That means prime grade Black Angus Brisket, Berkshire pork, organic chicken and produce from local PNW farms.

What time do you start serving?
We start serving at 11am.
What days are you there?
The first and third Sunday starting in June.
Can we pre-order?
At this time we are not accepting pre-orders but keep checking back because it’s on the list of thing to do.
